Children's book - Let Today Be the Start of Something New!
By Gea Somma-Imbrenda - Copyright 2020
Edited by Brooke Vitale

Little Bear is worried about starting school. It’s a big change, and he’s scared. He has to be away from Mama Bear, and what if he doesn’t make any friends? Luckily, Mama Bear knows how to make him feel better. With the help of some very special bracelets, Mama Bear helps Little Bear to understand the importance of making a connection with someone. This charming storybook is perfect for kids just starting school and carries a message we could all stand to remember: When we offer affection, we can make a connection.

Let this book be the start of something new: a tradition of love and connection with your child that they will carry with them throughout their lives.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Gea Somma-Imbrenda is a New York attorney, wife, and mother, with a passion for crafting and reading to her daughter Alda Lea.
As Gea’s daughter was ready to start her first day of school, Gea made two bracelets, one for her and one for her daughter, to help her child cope with separation anxiety. Her personal story inspired this book. She has a message for you: “I hope you enjoy reading this book, as much as I have enjoyed making it for you. Happy reading!”
